WOYWW #214

Happy WOYWW - time is flying so fast mid-July already [well it feels that way]... if you would like to know more about Whats On Your Workdesk Wednesday - the biggest and bestest blog hop in the world - pop on over a visit Julia Dunnit at Stamping Ground our wonderful hostess each week....

My workspace... the overview shot... on the left are some dragonflies stamped using stazon onto vellum and a distressed card base... at the back beside my mini drawers is blank Color Me sheets cut up and mosaic squares left over from a project...

I have been showing a friend how to ink emboss and I then carried on and coloured some background on my other Color Me sheets to use over the coming week...

Next is my snippets file of patterned papers - this is where my offcuts go so they are easy to grab before I reach for a fresh sheet and the blossoms I have had for quite a while but I haven't stashed them where they belong...

In my Blossom Box.... some of these were actually silk flowers bought at $2 shops and deconstructed others are white paper flowers all ready for colouring up with H20's...

I will show you all my Brad Box / Button Box / Bits Box etc over the coming weeks... LOL

Have a great week everyone - now off I go round the world - hope I get to see lots of you this time round.... Thanks for stopping by... Hugs Mxx

  2. Very tidy and organized. I am loving you mosaic blog background too - lovely, as are the dragonflies. I prefer them to butterflies, to be honest :)

    Happy WOYWW!

  7. You are so right, this month is flying by . . . gorgeous box of blooms, so pretty!

(That suede on the book cover, it is SO soft, makes for a very tactile beginning to such a tiny little book!)

Thank you for visiting me this WOYWW, I appreciate your comment!

  8. Loving your stash. I really need to show you my flower boxes - I am addicted to flowers and I found this great shop in NYC that sells giant ones for $2 each, as yet I have avoided buying any...Thanks for swinging by my blog...sorry to hear about your job being realigned...more time for crafting ;) Cx #30

  9. Great space and I love your flower box, I have divided boxes for all the small things I think I need, like 14 divided boxes....LOL Your flower box reminds me that mine is getting very thin and I need to take some time and get some made up. Oh well, maybe tomorrow LOL

  12. I love your flower box. It looks like a decorated printers tray, rather than simple storage. Rather beautiful.

Thank you for visiting and happy belated WOYWW.

  13. Hi Maude,
Firstly, I’m so sorry that I never made it to your blog last week, especially as you had made the effort to visit me for the first time. I’ve made you the first I visit this week, so I hope you forgive me.

Your desk looks amazingly colourful and very busy indeed. I’m green eyed over your box of blooms.

    Happy Crafting!
